Practical tools – Digital Organizing: We can use mass emails?
We look at the basics of digital organization – so how we can build a stronger power base with digital tools. The focus is on mass mails: they often work handy and according to classic NGO tools, but can also be used effectively within movements. We are talking about central principles, possible tools and strategic approaches.
Nils (er/ihn) is a freelancer in the workshop. It mainly originates from the climate justice movement and has built the End Cement campaign.

There his focus is on work with trade unions. As a political strategist, he observes and analyses the social developments towards law in the context of lectures, articles and research.

Strategy & Tactics – Basics Campaign Planning
We need campaigns. Actions and demonstrations alone do not help. The social-ecological transformation of society, but also the resistance to right-wing extremism and militarization, requires continuous drone. What are the basic regulations to build successful campaigns?
Regional campaign, pressure campaigns and flash campaigns – have a common pattern. We want to introduce these and link them to the experiences of the participants in this workshop.
