We advise and accompany you in conflicts, in strategy processes or in concrete actions.
Campaign is stuck? Group conflict escalated? Are you looking for a strategy framework for the next year? We bring experience from 40 years of movement work and a solidarity view from the outside. We have various focal points and backgrounds, but generally help in three ways:
Moderation & consensus decision
You're planning an alliance meeting, an annual general meeting or a decision that everyone should take? We moderate sensorientated and focus on what is important to your group.
Suitable for: alliance meetings, strategy claws, general meetings, large group decisions...
Strategy advice
The campaign is stuck? The opponent seems too strong? Or simply: Where do we stand, where do we want? We accompany you in realignments, strategy processes and the reflection of your political work, so that you remain viable.

Conciliation in conflicts
There are tensions in almost every group. If you realize that you are not going on alone, we will accompany you with all-party mediation. The aim is to look at both themes and the dynamics of relationships and to find ways in which cooperation becomes possible again.

Past projects
We have accompanied many groups and campaigns in recent years. Here are three current examples:
End Cement
Climate killers, environmental destroyers, international criminals... Heidelberg Materials has a lot of dirt. We therefore support the workshop End Cement Group, which fights creatively and surely against the cement industry.
Extinction Rebellion
Founded in England in 2018, came with Extinction Rebellion one of the central climate justice groups soon after Germany. We supported strategy processes with the workshop.
Action Rise – Stop the arms trade!

School strike against conscription
Against the militarisation of society, we also support the group of school strikes against compulsory military action with a Consultation for war service refusal.
