Order
Book orders are only accepted in writing via the order form on our website www.wfga.de.
Completion of contracts
The contract is concluded by accepting the customer order by the publisher. The customer dispenses with access to an acceptance declaration, § 151 sentence 1 BGB. The conclusion of the contract is either informed by a confirmation by e-mail or at the latest by the execution of the delivery of the ordered books.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to return ordered books within 14 days without giving reasons. The shipping costs shall be borne by you; Except for this, incorrectly delivered titles. In any case, we ask you to pay backs sufficient, as we cannot accept unfree or insufficiently franked shipments.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. by mail or e-mail) that you withdraw the contract.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you revoke this contract, we will return to you all payments we have received from you (including delivery costs) after receipt of the goods – within fourteen days at the latest.
You have to send the goods back immediately, but at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which you have informed us of the cancellation of this contract. They shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to a handling of you which is not necessary for testing the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exchange/Reclamation
If books are damaged during delivery or incorrect titles are delivered, we will be happy to exchange after their return. The customer must check the books immediately after receipt of the delivery for completeness or any defects. A deficiencies notice must be made at the latest within a week after receipt of the books to us. In the case of hidden defects, the notification shall be made immediately after the detection of the hidden defect within the warranty period.
A return of books used or taken from the original packaging is excluded. The customer will only be refunded the full purchase price if the returned books are in a perfect condition.
Delivery
Orders will be sent as soon as possible, usually within the next 3 working days. In the event of a refusal to accept, we will charge the costs incurred.
Prices
Our prices include VAT (for books currently 7%) plus Shipping costs. When ordering a Book amount to shipping costs 2 €. When ordering two or more books, we only charge the pure postage costs.
Books are subject to the price binding law. Price changes and errors are reserved.
Payments
We usually only accept orders from individuals against advance payment. No bank charges may be charged to us for payments from abroad. The goods remain our property until full payment.
Data protection
Your personal data will be stored in our customer database as part of the order processing, but will not be passed on to third parties.
Applicable law, effectiveness, written form
The contract is subject to German law, as applies to domestic transactions, excluding the provisions on international purchase. Amendments and additions to these provisions require the written form to be effective. Place of performance and place of jurisdiction is Freiburg.
Sollte eine oder mehrere Bestimmungen unwirksam sein, so berührt dies die Wirksamkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen nicht.
