We oppose the provocation of the AfD to hold its Federal Party Day in the Ruhr region with 200 years of history of migration.
We are on the side of millions of people who have gone to the streets against the AfD deportation plans in recent months.
But we also say that if we do not actively take the AfD the space that it wants to take, we will not prevent the spread of fascism.
We want to make it clear that our spaces are: spaces of democracy, diversity and humanity. We also act with means of civil disobedience in which everyone can participate. We do not have violence and no escalation.
We are solid and caring together. We wish: "bunted" civil disobedience – colorful also in clothing, cheerful actions – brings musical instruments and suitable games. Be creative. We resist.

The AfD attacks us!
AfD, led by racists, is planning its next Federal Party Day in Essen: From 28 to 30 In June they want to further expand their deportation plans and Nazi propaganda. In the middle of the Ruhr area, the proportion of people with migration history is 40%. This is above all a blow to the face of the people who have come to Germany and who have rebuilt this country since the Second World War and still guarantee Germany's economic prosperity.
The AfD wants to take over its racist policy with proven right-wing extremist Nazis in parliaments, like Hitler at the time. Since the publication of the correctiv research, it is clear to everyone what step AfD is planning next: the deportation of us – millions of people living here, our sisters and brothers, our parents, grandparents, our friends.
We won't let that happen! We have made Germany our home country and we are preventing the streets of the Ruhr area, which, like no other region in Germany, were marked by us and by our families, from being taken by Nazis classified as 'right-wing' by constitutional protection. We don't keep looking at how the AfD shifts our home and German politics and authorities to the right, breaking human rights on asylum and looking away from attacks on our community.
We defend ourselves.
Our goal is that the AfD cannot hold its Party Day with its anti-democratic politics and racist rush against us unresolvedly. To achieve this, there are various actions that support each other:
- Mass demonstration:
We participate in mass protests against the AfD and mobilize to the demonstrations around the Federal Party Day. We contribute to the fact that the AfD cannot spread its racist policy irreproachably.
- Civil disobedience:
Because the AfD wants to deport us, it is not enough for us to simply protest. The AfD is a racist-led party. You have to take any room. Therefore, we want to counteract the undemocratic Federal Party Day of the AfD with colorful, creative actions. We protect ourselves, our relatives and our friends.
