The war in Ukraine once again shows us how the dependence on fossil fuels such as gas and coal and global power structures shape political action and influence our lives. Being solidified with the people affected by wars also means making power relations visible in Germany, changing and fighting for a social-ecological transformation.

Dr. Michael Neuber is a motion researcher at the Technical University of Berlin and a member of the Institute for Protest and Motion Research. The focus of his work is on the exploration of cultural practice of social movements, with particular reference to environmental movements and populist mobilization.
