Alliance "Legal security for political will formation"

Since October 2021, we have been a member of the Alliance "Legal Security for Political Will Formation" in order to change the right to use together with other organisations. The social and political consensus, which is non-profit, differs from the criteria defined in the law. In this way, civil society organisations that express themselves politically are constantly exposed to the risk of losing their usefulness.

Political willingness does not only happen through parties and lobbying associations, but is also selflessly done by civil society organisations. These need the umbrella of non-profitability, which currently does not spread across all relevant topics.

We want politics to clearly and clearly write the universally shared definition of non-profitness into law, so that there is clarity and legal certainty for non-profit organisations and authorities.
