Intervisions and mentoring times are for the first time in this season, so that the individual growth of the participants and group concentration among the participants is strengthened. These offers are well accepted by the participants. Individual support is an important part of training.

In the first half of the year, the training has so far taken place as an online training based on the pandemic situation. Thus, various digital cooperation and planning tools could be actively introduced and tested, which are also helpful for campaign planning. However, all participants are pleased to be able to continue the training in autumn as presence seminars.
