Von Campaigner*innen und Change Agents

Zum mittlerweile fünften Mal ist in diesem März die neue Staffel der Kampagnenfortbildung für Friedensarbeiter*innen und Bewegungsaktivist*innen „CampaPeace“ gestartet. Im Fortbildungsteam sind diesmal neu Esther Binne und David Scheuing (Kurve Wustrow) dabei und ergänzen Ulrich Wohland. Diese Staffel ist voll ausgebucht und mit 13 Teilnehmer*innen aus diversen sozialen Bewegungen und Organisationszusammenhängen (DFG-VK; Pax Christi; Extinction Rebellion; IPPNW; WfGA u.a.) sehr breit aufgestellt.

Nach mittlerweile zwei Modulen haben die Teilnehmenden das erste Drittel der Fortbildung durchlaufen. Sie haben sich in den vergangenen Monaten viel mit den Unterschieden zwischen Kampagnen, sozialen Bewegungen und Aktionen, Zielformulierungen für Kampagnen, Planungsschritten für konkrete Kampagnenideen, Rollenklärungen für Campaigner*innen und Bewegungsarbeiter*innen beschäftigt.

Zwischen den Modulen finden in dieser Staffel zum ersten Mal Intervisions- und Mentoringzeiten Platz, so dass das individuelle Wachstum der Teilnehmenden und der Gruppenzusammenhalt unter den Teilnehmenden gestärkt wird. Diese Angebote werden von den Teilnehmenden gut angenommen. Individuelle Begleitung ist ein wichtiger Bestandteil der Fortbildung ist.

Die Fortbildung fand in der ersten Jahreshälfte aufgrund der pandemischen Lage bislang als Online-Fortbildung statt. So konnten direkt diverse digitale Kooperations- und Planungstools aktiv eingeführt und erprobt werden, die auch für Kampagnenplanung hilfreich sind. Allerdings freuen sich alle Teilnehmenden, die Fortbildung im Herbst hoffentlich als Präsenzseminare weiterführen zu können.
